These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Elite Outdoors Co website and any purchase you make from us. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” means Elite Outdoors Co of 1/39 Prosperity Drive, Ocean Grove VIC 3226.
Products and pricing
We do our best to make sure product descriptions, images, sizes and prices are accurate. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen. All prices are in Australian dollars.
We may change prices or product information at any time, but changes won’t affect orders we’ve already accepted. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we’ll contact you before processing the order and you can choose to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We’ll confirm your order by email once it’s accepted. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or we suspect fraud, and if we do we’ll refund any payment in full.
Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers. We don’t store your full card details.
Shipping
Delivery costs and options are shown at checkout. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location and our carriers.
Returns and warranty
Change of mind returns, faulty items and our 1-year warranty are covered in our Returns & Warranty policy.
Promotions and discount codes
Discount codes and promotional offers, including our newsletter sign-up offer, are subject to the conditions stated with the offer, such as minimum spend, eligible products and expiry dates. Unless stated otherwise, discount codes can’t be exchanged for cash.
Using our products safely
Please follow all product instructions, weight limits and safety information. Don’t place products near open flames or use them in conditions they’re not designed for.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and designs, belongs to Elite Outdoors Co or is used with permission. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can’t be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our products.
